Monthly Trainings

Fire Training

Our department holds monthly fire training meetings to practice our skills so that we are ready when the call comes in.

Firefighter 1 training is offered through the Nebraska State Fire Marshall Training Division.

Additional training opportunities are offered by the Nebraska State Volunteer Fire Association (NSVFA) and the Nebraska Wildland Fire Academy.

EMT Training

Our department holds monthly EMT trainings to keep our skills sharp when answering 911 calls.

EMT-B training is offered by Southeast Community College, Boys Town EMS Training Agency and by neighboring EMS Departments who staff EMT instructors.

Additional EMS Training is offered through DHHS and through many local and national EMS agencies.
